The game today between the Red Sox and Angles was postponed due to the severe storm that had been predicted to hit the Greater Boston area.
I myself had problems posting this earlier due to severe thunderstorms that rolled through the Bay area earlier this morning and f-d up the Internet service. That system is gone now, leaving 40-mph wind gusts in its place.
But up in Beantown heavy rains, strong winds and frigid temps forced the cancellation of today's contest, which was to have featured Josh Beckett vs. Earvin Santana. Those two will be pushed up to pitch tomorrow's Patriot's Day game, currently set for 10:00 AM, but the chances of that going off on time are pretty slim.
That's all I got to report for now. I will post something resembling pertinent information regarding our team in the next few hours. In the meantime stay warm up there, family.
